Bug: Grave Bridge - Stank Gum Camp

[Old Testament]

I got all of the collectibles, fought every enemies, yet it only shows 15/23 of the enemies are killed. I watched other people's gameplays on where the enemies should appear to check if I got the same spots, which I got. How do I fix it?

Exit the camp then return back to it. Go through the camp again searching every location. You may not need to do this as your prvious visit may register for you.

Already done that. :( I even reloaded my save file just to check on it, then I went back to the camp, but it's still incomplete in progress.

Same thing, except it got stuck on 22/23.

I entered the camp the sneaky way, got all collectibles and also got stuck at 22/23 of fighters. Reloading the camp by fast-travelling to a nearest balloon and driving back to the camp solved the problems - the last fighter respawned.
