How do I get the two challenge glyphs in the Halls?

I can see those two purple glyphs in the Halls that unlock challenges sitting there in seemingly inaccessible places, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get to them. Near both of them I've uncovered a hidden wall section, but there was nothing behind it, not even a secret door, and the other was too high to reach anyway. I even thought to use Phase Door before I realised it wouldn't warp me through walls. How do I reach them?

So those room with the toy hammer dudes? I see people whining about them, but they never really did anything to me. Got hit by it once. Was like... meh. Change sword. Problem solved.

Nah the room with the Bureaucracy quest inside.

ahh... I've hit all the walls in there, both inside and outside. I didn/t find anything.

Look at the 'guides' section. There is a guide in there (based largely on stuff I wrote elsewhere) that explains this in detail.

"potion of improved detection" can help to find fake wall places

I wonder this too, surprised that there isn't an answer in this thread after so many months. I found some hidden walls near the glyphs but they don't appear to lead anywhere.

I was told in another thread to try around the room with all the paperwork, apparently one of the wall is breakable or some walkthrought wall or something. Idk, never went back to that game, waiting on it to be actualy finished :P

Paul is on the right track – behind the door with the bureaucracy quest (somewhat lower right in the halls). Once there go up one level and there is a destroyable wall one block down from the big ladder on the left (you have to fall off the ladder and hit it).

--> there are pictures which door to take and where to search for the fake walls (--> enter the door to the burocracy quest, find the fake walls and find one challenge behind that secret door and another one in the path left of that secret door)

I can't get to these 2 Challenges.....know right where they are.....drop off ladder at top....my guy swings so slow, he's swinging as he hits the ground....am on PS 4 if that matters. Not sure how you could swing fast enough to hit this upper area...only reachable from above.
