Before The Halls there is a reference of FlyMan or something where there's an old man who experiment about teleports.
the Worm Boss is meabe a reference to a very old sci-fi horror-thriller movie, from 1990, named "Tremors".
Miniboss Momoko[unepic.wikia.com] is similar to the stone statues of Easter Island on the Pacific Ocean.
I am a fan of Fairy Tail manga so when I fought Drakonius, the Fire Dragon boss, I remembered this manga, but I don't know if this is considred a Easter Egg.
The Garden Boss, obviously the Halloween :p
Gauntlik Boss, is a super powerfull version of the hand that appears on the The Addams Family movies lol
Corvax, the Mage and this entire final region, reminds me of a fiction book I read some years ago (not anything to do with Lord of the Ring trilogy). I can't remember the title now, I will mention it later.
Maldor (from a rings name) meabe a reference to a final mage, Emperor in the novel series "Beyonders: A World Without Heroes"
I found some other references but I am almost sure they were not intentional but just a coincidence for them to exist in real life, like this Kal'Hor ring, KalHor is the name of a persian musician.
