Honestly, after doing this fight twice now, on normal and hard++, suicide attempts never did a damn thing to me. I honestly thought the fight was bugged cause literally nothing happened through the fight except his pathetic dot.

I had to drop all my potion and teleport items in the bank before the fight, but after that the fight was just a constant run-hit-heal-repeat til he was dead.

Yeah he's easy if you drop everything except your weapon and your clothes. If you didn't learn magic or if it's lvl 1, suicide attempts won't work on you even if you have the essence because you don't have those skills that bounces off the walls and kills you.

Drop Red and Blue essence (only if you have the Fire and Frost skills that bounce off walls and can do self harm, otherwise no need), any scrolls, any teleport items, any potions. Have to rely on melee for this boss. May need a heavy amount of green essence for healing and regeneration.

Use the plant pet - don't have any scrolls or any potions on you - use melee :D
