Are they just broken? I have beaten the game and not a single one unlocked, even when I restarted.

I realised the Same.
While playing this game I've realised that not only are the achievements broken but there are spelling errors, a small amount of achievements to acquire aswell as scaling issues. sometimes the Mobs deal more damage randomly aswell as a huge lack of content. I hope they update this game and realise the Potential such a game could be.
