Running a Dual monitor set up with different resolutions issues

Got a 3440x1440p DW3423DWF monitor and a 1080p monitor(landscape mode) and when i turned the pixel refresh option on my main(dell) monitor the game went to the landscape monitor and stayed that way. 2/3 of my game is now invisible to me because of the resize bug. Got so many resolution options yet none of them work. Also the issue occured when i tried resizing the game for the landscape monitor with Alt+Tab and it stayed like that even after reseting the game. Alt+Tab did not resize correctly for the main monitor. Can't even play it because when i enter talents tree i cannot leave it(simple esc to leave would be nice). Aso some of the talents don't do what they're meant to do or just take 1-3 rounds to apply/unapply talents.
