Potential Crash Fix
So after crashing in MyCareer over and over both today and yesterday I tried looking into hardware/software etc. I found that the correlating issue was XboxGameBar.

Each time my game had crashed to desktop there was an error in Event Viewer stating the following.

Faulting application name: XboxGameBarWidgets.exe, version: 2402.1001.26.0, time stamp: 0x65db83d9
Faulting module name: XboxGameBarWidgets.exe, version: 2402.1001.26.0, time stamp: 0x65db83d9
Exception code: 0xc0000409

After seeing this error I went into Microsoft Store and checked for updates, sure enough there was an update for game bar and after updating it I was finally able to play and finish the game and more after that.

This fix has seemingly worked for myself but may not work for others, either way I'm putting my findings on here to hopefully help at least some of you.

Good Luck :)

Update, it's been 2 hours and still no crashes. Definitely fixed my issues.
Edit 2: Haven't had a single crash or issue since, I'm not saying this will work for others but It's definitely worth looking into as it's worked for myself.

What program did you use to detect this problem?I tried updating and disabling the xbox game bar but it didn't work

Event Viewer, it's a Windows app that should already be on your PC.

I've had crashes every single time yet I don't see anything in the event viewer
Where exactly in the event viewer are you seeing this?
it is not the XboxGameBar

It's kinda weird, I got the game 2 days ago and It has been crashing in every time in every single game mode.
I tried reinstalling, messed around with frame rate limit and all that but haven't been able to complete a single match.

I haven't had any issues since, so for me it clearly was.

Type Event Viewer into search and open it, then go to Applications and look at the 'Error' parts on the list.

I don't have any XboxGameBar updates in the MS Store and haven't found the option to turn it off.
Plus can't find any errors in the Event Viewer whenever the game crashes

I had this same issue, checked my event viewer and had a similar game bar error. Tip for others, when you go into the microsoft store I had to look at the Game Bar app specifically before it would show me it had an update, it wasn't automatic. Will update and check back with results.
mhh you using a xbox controller or the windows game mode ?
