Button/Key Mapping Issues

Controller buttons all wrong

Does anyone have a fix to the controller issues? Circle is acting as X while triangle is acting as circle. Also L1/R1 buttons not working.

For me, if use defaults, it's working. But I cannot play with R2 being sprint. I always play like this:
R1 - Sprint
L1 - post up
R2 - play call
L2 - icon pass

Once I switch it to this, R2 and L2 stop working, meaning I cannot navigate through menus etc.
