Controller not detected in NBA2k24

My controller is connected via bluetooth and worked perfectly fine before I encounter this issue. Steam can detect that I have a controller connected but as soon as I open the game app it says that they do not detect any dual analog controller on my end. Any idea how to fix this? The controller doesn't work on any games in my Steam account too. I also tried using an original PS4 controller but nothing happens.
