I didn't use any unauthorized software when play on 2K24, but get Permanently banned
What should I do to restore permissions ?

you can't, once you're perma ban 2Ksupport doesn't and can't do anything bout it.
if you are banned it's because you done something wrong, mostly buying VC on third party website. Or you sniped some cards on myteam ...the only reason they perma ban is when you touch their pockets

i don't play myteam so i don't know the state of myteam, but they already banned ppl for this reason years before
