Even if you're not actively using anything on the game, it sounds like you probably have some kind of software being detected that could affect the game, even if you're not using it for that.

First of all, delete the "mods" folder and verify your files. Other than modding or cheat programs, the following may need to be disabled to play the game based on this thread:

• Google Drive
  
• Turning off all graphic-related options for 2K24 in the NVIDIA control panel software (NOT the Geforce Experience one).
  
• NahimicSvc64.exe
  
• AMD Adrenalin
  
• MobilePre Audio device monitor
  
• VPN software

Third-party programs and mods in general, texture or not, are not allowed based on the ToS, which is possibly why the crashes are happening and definitely why they should not be discussed on this forum.

Similar things are happening on all the 2K Sports games at the moment.

The glitch happened after updating i-cue (Corsair). After quitting i-cue, the game runs without the glitch

I have no 3rd party plugins or software that interacts with the game in any way, and I still have the "can't pass" bug constantly. Tested on 2 different machines, did a complete reinstall of the game, checked the integrity of the game files via Steam, and still stuck and can't pass.

2K has not been helpful, same generic response as others. I'm still going to pursue with them because it's nuts to have spent as much on this game (with in-game VC purchases) as I have and not be able to play due to their bug.

when i press pass button the ball wont pass and also sometime the refs wont pass the ball to player, and it bounce back to it own. anyone experience same issue with me?

Imagine saying "Third-party programs are not allowed based on the ToS" for a PC game when the things that are causing the bugs are CLEARLY not exclusively exploits. Buddy, pal, the majority of us don't have anything running that interacts with this game at all, but we're still playing on PC which (can you believe it?) aren't sandboxes just for video games like a console.

2k support needs to get on this with a hotfix or something, it shocks me a company can care this little about its consumer base, why would I buy VC for a game that doesnt even work, never had this problem with 2k games from 10 years ago, ridiculous.

so you guys have people on the steam forums actively reading and merging posts, 2k is clearly aware of this issue and does not care, its literally game breaking and the game lacks any mod tools whatsoever for us to fix the game ourselves, the game really needs a patch desperately.

Have you sent in a ticket to 2K Support? Have you checked to see if you have any programs that could affect the game?
