My game keeps crashing

Firts things firts am Brazilian so excuse my english, i Just bought nba2k24 cause the 23 is unplayed If the SAME PROBLEM. everytime when i start a match on park, mycarrer or anyone mode, the game justs crash pushing me to desktop. Am not New in nba2k games, i play since nba2k14 and this is the first time this has happened. The game crash on loading screen omg, I have checked the integrity of the files, update all of my drivers and the problem dont fix.

My Spec is:
Gtx 1050 ti
8gb ram
Amd fx4100

I know many people are having the same problem, please let's upload this discussion! And make a ticket on 2k support.

Asking for specs seems stupid. You could tell that this game just really doesn't run properly regardless to whatever specs your pc is.

They need to fix it in general. I have not experienced any problems in any of other present games except this. I have over 100 games on my account and this is the only one that won't start at all.

Garbage. They need to find a fix for these problems period.

If that was the case, no-one's game would run.

I ask for specs because sometimes it actually is the specs. I asked -Lj for theirs because the likelihood that someone has the exact same issue and specs when saying they have the "same" is lower than you think. Any difference in symptoms and/or specs can affect the diagnosis.

I had the same issue. I'm using a PS4 controller on Win 11. My fix was downloading Hid Hide to work with my DS4 Windows application. My controller buttons have stopped skipping and the game HAS STOPPED CRASHING!!!!!

what is DS4? bro i literally start the mamba mode for testing to my 2k support, the game doesnt open now. this is RIDICULOUS, scamm.

Have you checked your firewall to see if any connections were blocked? Or Event Viewer?

Are you using a VPN?

yes, i have checked my firewall

am trying some solucions with 2k support

It may be your processor though, it appears to be weaker than the minimum spec. Perhaps lowering your settings could help?

maybe. but when i was testing the modes, my game doesnt open now. After the first loading my game just crash. i tried the solucions with 2k support and nothing. It doesnt are my computer, but the game
