Petition Steam to remove Micro-Transactions and the game for purchase at full cost

I'm not too sure if this is even a thing that is possible..
However, with this game still receiving zero development outside of adding new Cards to buy, and still actively campaigning all these new features available on this years 2k through the INGAME 2KTV, only for it to be on console.

Can this be held against 2k for false advertisement?
If so, can this then force them to have the cost of each version where this occurred permanently dropped, or users compensated for?

I know it's a extra long shot, however I'm tired of the sleazy practices 2k have been passing off to us PC players over the years.
