Even if you're not actively using anything on the game, it sounds like you probably have some kind of software being detected that could affect the game, even if you're not using it for that.

First of all, delete the "mods" folder and verify your files. Other than modding or cheat programs, the following may need to be disabled to play the game based on this thread:

• Google Drive
  
• Turning off all graphic-related options for 2K24 in the NVIDIA control panel software (NOT the Geforce Experience one).
  
• NahimicSvc64.exe
  
• AMD Adrenalin
  
• MobilePre Audio device monitor
  
• VPN software

GAME CRASHES IMMEDIATELY

Game keeps crashing immediately. Cant even start a game. Please fix

Same here. Tried the Verify File Integrity thing. Did not fix it.

Right after the update awhile ago the game crashes immediately. 2K needs to fix their most recent update. It sucks

Same for me, have verified files AND reinstalled yet it crashes the moment it gets passed all the team logos.

same here and when it crashes for me it brings me to the forum so i uninstalled it and re downloading the game to see if that helps

That's the anti-cheat. You have something that could affect the game on your system.

yeah after i loaded MC it crashed i re downloaded it and it hasnt crashed when I selected MC so try that

Ball/game bugged after update April 5

The game is completely bugged, I log into mycareer to play, I start the game and the ball is completely bugged...
Players and referees are stuck with the ball and the game does not progress.
This happened after the April 5th update -.-

I don't have anti-cheat, any mods or reshade installed in my 2k folder. I've been playing 2K since it came out and never used any of those. Just fix the update or revert back the previous update so we can play the game without any issues.
