How is the gameplay??? Are there changes??
2k usually makes the gameplay Similar to the nest gen. So did the gameplay get a bit better? DId they update the players signature shots?

It doesn't matter if we don't get the next gen version, but 2k always at least makes the gameplay similar to next gen.

best ever i can say.
the bigs can score if there is no defense (or the defender is very small) and the strenght matters

The never made the gameplay similar to the next gen. 2k23 next and old gen where 2 completly different things. Same goes for 2k22 altough old gen gameplay in 2k22 was better it was still different from next gen. Those are 2 completly different games. And 2k24 old gen is pretty much the same game as 2k23. They even made less afford this year then previous years

No man i played 22 and then i played 23 and they are two completely different games. 2k 23 had way more signature animations for Jordan for instance. When i look at the videos for nex gen & current gen 2k23 they kinda looked the same pretty much. The gameplay for 2k23 felt great for me. Jordan played amazing. Everybody played amazing with better animations........But i know that most cases we have to play the game in order to see those changes.

So now I played a little and yes the gameplay is much better. I play solo, so I'm happy with it

Thats the thing. 2k uses the same gameplay engine. The gameplay looks the same as next gen...

Who you wanna talk to i have over 1k hours in each of them. Yeah the gameplay was a little different. It wasnt that huge like you saying. Of course there are nounces but the gameplay is way different to next gen. Next gen gameplay this year is completly different to last year. Badges make a lot of impact on how a game is played. in 2k22 you had all the whites go in basiclly in 2k23 limitless takeoff was so op + the dunk meter everybody was rim running + paint defense was even worse then in 2k22. The game is the same things like badges make a difference. And every other difference is nounces. I can understand its hard for solo players or non skilled players to understand that. But as an experienced player (i have 4k hours in park) it is easy to see

And dont come up to me with having 3k hours in solo gameplay or myteam. Yall try to justify that you bought a crappy copy and paste game. You are unfortunatly part of the problem why we still dont have next gen. Because people buying it and buying it and 2k is laughing at you. They didnt even gave the gameplay trailer on their steam site fing sound. Thats how little effort they give.

Guys at the NLSC say the gameplay is actually better than next gen and thats a simulation page. The gameplay looks way smoother with different or added animations...thats all i need ....PC is last gen, but it still looks better than next gen.
F3R Sep 11, 2023 @ 12:28am
i really dont mind next, current, old or whatever...
i only want a good simulator and this 2k24 PC is the best that i ever try.

other hand, the cheaters and the no fix from 2k side.
it was very easy to buy Denuvo anticheat and code it in the game.... but we all know how 2k do the things

Some people will never understand and like beeing scammed. Good that finally a lot of people have understood. Only 7k players playing it at a time. The same ammount that playing 2k23. People realize they getting scammed and not buying it

I can appreciate everything you've stated here. I feel the exact same way. I don't own 2k on PC (I'm an xbot player :P) and have about as many hours, only a lot of my hours are in REC where the difficulty is pushed to max so if you don't green, you don't make it (Though I've seen white makes on a rare occasion.) And I'll be the first to admit that these badges are the only real difference makers. Stats barely account for much. 6'8" guards with limitless takeoff was pretty much the meta, and if it wasn't that it was the Space Creator build (Space Creator, Corner-3, Deadeye, Blinders) being abused. It was UNGAURDABLE if you knew how to green it.

The problem is that EVERYONE was running this, and it made the game stale. Even Defensive Anchors couldn't stop it.

For these reasons I'm going to wait another year before I hop back into 2k. Going to skip on 24. Plus I can't afford that. It's like a casino with an NBA paint job over it. lol.
