How to press "start key"

How to press "start key" in my league mode through keyboard? I press "2" to select team, and can't find the start key to proceed further

So I just tested it:

When starting the mode it was "spacebar" and "enter" to proceed through the initial pick a team screen and the settings for the mode.

i think i would know if my keyboard is broken lol. they havent even started a game yet, why not try it out first before wasting customers' time?

its cool you wanna defend them. now they are asking me to send them a video of me pressing esc, enter, and space.

and then send them a copy of DXDiag and MSinfo.

sure. but have they tried to unplug their controller.... go in game... start myleague/mygm?

if we look at time spent on these "solutions" its much better if they did that first, instead of a customer taking a video, loading the video to the computer, locating DXDiag and MSinfo, and send them over. and in the end, this is not even client sided issue. if im the only one with this problem, then sure i'll go take the long way.

regardless, i only got this game cus im a kobe fan. im only playing this to mess with the trade machine and simulator. and it seems i cant even do that.

I'm not defending, I'm just telling you what they have to do, and this seems normal until they receive confirmation that it's a tracked issue. That needs people to send in tickets, so if others aren't bothered enough to do so...

here is what this group of disconnected support are saying:

To answer your question, we as Customer support agents have no contact direct with devs, nor have testing consoles or PCs available, so we have not tested the game with a keyboard.

In order to help our customers we can provide you with troubleshooting steps. I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting that was provided by my colleagues and the info requested (DxDiag and MsInfo)

We might also need a video where you show us that you press Esc, Spacebar and Enter and the issue persists.

So as you . an see, as I have been saying all along, they are completed disconnected with the game, in fact, they dont even have the game on any platforms. lol. as suspected they just make you bark up a wrong tree, go on a loop, and end up with nothing but, "we will report your issue to the devs" and leave us hanging for another month or two. ya, i get it, troubleshooting 101, but i've been on this kind of troubleshooting 101 too many times to even want to bother with them.

shame on me for getting baited by kobe. shame on them for milking kobe.
