Jeez, I can't believe I'm actually thinking about picking it up too. I used to whale MyTeam hard and spent thousands on MT. I heard no more auction house this year, so I might do it. I did MyCareer last year and couldn't even stomach a full season. It's so bad compared to MyTeam....I really hope they didn't ruin it with all the changes.

You need to play NBA 2K on current gen consoles. The PC version is missing features, and entire game modes. 2K Sports does not at all care about the PC port, it's a very bare bones minimum effort release.

Just dont buy.

Stop complaining every year and just change something. I love 2k so much played the last parts over 1k hours each. But i will not buy it this year. Im tired of the PC community getting disrespected like that. The reasons for PC staying on next gen are irrelevant and non existing. Look at EA going the step for Fifa even last year + they gave Fifa an kinda good working anticheat and now madden on PC is next gen too. And they havent lost any of the playerbase, a lot of people that are on console now are considering going to PC if PC shares the same market with the consoles.

If you keep buying this game, we will have old gen next year aswell. Im tired of it. I can keep playing 2k23 its the same game...

already seen on twitter old gen (pc) is confirmed to have the same badge system from next gen 23. we literally got 2k23 2.0 on pc. just a copy pasta. i was waiting to buy or not to buy this game based on what the myplayer build system was going to be. and im glad i waited. there will still be so many people that will still throw their money at this game but. it's just not worth it!!! if you really are a basketball/2k person, go out and buy a new gen console if you actually want a good 2k24 experience.

The excuse is there isn't enough folks that have PCs powerful enough to run the next gen version.

Every year i hope that it will be the same game as the console version. I quit buying the game after 2k21 and started with 2k16. It got worse every year with all the bugs and lags during online play. I saved a lot of money not buying this trash every year for a rooster update.
