Underwear showing on skin texture

So I've just tried to salvage a corrupted SSD's install and I'm having problems with something somewhat minor but irritating to no end. For some reason the JRPG race has a transparent underwear texture showing when they should be naked. This is even after placing everything related to nude textures at the very bottom. I've seen a lot of people mentioning this problem in comments on workshop pages but nobody on the planet seems to know a fix. Well, someone managed to do half a fix and remove the transparent bra, but they left the underwear and my OCD is getting to me on this.

I was trying to open this bra fix mod and see if I can work out why the transparent underwear is showing in the first place but I can't even find the JRPG race in the FCS. I'm at wits end with this problem, I just can't figure out what is causing this issue when it never used to be a problem on the old install. No new mods and nothing changed as far as I know. Has anyone else wrangled with this problem?

+1 Got the same issue, but 1st time I tried JRPG.

You can only see mods in FCS if the mod resides in the kenshi/mods folder and you do not have the same mod active in your workshop folder (you are subbed to it).

What is your mods.cfg contents? Maybe we can find what is causing this.

That is not actually a patch, it includes everything from those mods it is 'patching' which is not a correct way to make a patch. Meaning you should not have the original mods active at all with this mod.
