Mods location
Hey there :)

I did some mods, but I had a HDD crash, and lost all my files. I redownloaded my own mods through the workshop, but I can't find them in the mods folder of Kenshi, where can I download them back ?

They are at Steam folder>SteamApps>workshop>content. There are some folders with numbers. Look in this folder, there are the steam workshop mods.

If you want use this mods in FCS the you must copy the mod folder, put the mod into the kenshi mod folder and rename the folder to the name of the mod, then it will be shown at FCS.

If I am not mistaken, to be precise - since the steam appID is 233860, that would be :

<steamlibrary>\workshop\content\233860

The mods are listed by modID but they are simple to identify because of how kenshi mod manifests are architected.
In the modfolder you'll see the modname as such :

_<modname>.img (the workshop icon)
_<modname>.info (workshop info text)
<modname>.mod (the actual FCS data)

The easy way to find the mod ID is to search it on the workshop by name. The modID will be in the URL.

<steam>/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1654903438&searchtext=cannibal

That is "cannibals expanded"
