Also we do not have the tools to make an attachment that would give bonuses to mental stats, the spare limbs can only give bonuses to physical stats. And if the CPU took the limb's space it would just be a different looking limb. Same goes with back bags. They can give only slight bonus to two physical stats (encumbrance and athletics).
There just is no item that has mental bonuses in FCS that we could use.
but that could be solved by making the dialogue only trigger to skeletons.

Yeah in many many cases Kenshi treats all Player Character as an unit, it is really hard to have individual unique things happen
