New mod location
I was looking all over the mods I added so I can mod the mods and could not find them in the mods or data folders.
Apparently Steam is sending Kenshi mods to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\ 233860 at least for me. From the number of empty folders of seemingly random numbers I am assuming that 233860 is a set Steam number for Kenshi, so if you too are looking for your mods try there.

I have a shortcut to that folder on my laptop as I'm always delving into it;-
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\233860

Then I have a shotcut to mods which the FCS saves to on your own newly made mods;-
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\mods
