Improve negative relations

Can someone please help me increase relations with tech hunters? I know that healing NPCs in tech hunter territory increases relations, but i don't know how to do this somewhat quick.
Can i attacker some TH wanderers and attack then heal them repeatedly? Will this make my relationship with them worse?
I have -75 relation with them now so we cannot interact
Any assistance would be appreciated.

No, you cannot gain relation by first attacking them and then heal them. The fastest ways are rescuing them from prison cage, lockpicking their shackles, healing them while they are in the "Dying" state, and buying them out from a slaver. There is no organic way in vanilla game to increase relation with Tech Hunters. You can hire them as bodyguards, lead them to beak thing nest, watch them get destroyed and then go and heal them etc, not very efficient though.

There are several mods in the Workshop area (just type tech hunter into search bar on the page) and many will let you ally the Tech Hunters. One is a Sailback start as well, with the links for the sailback mods, which is very cool.
Give it a try.
Also, there is a way to edit the save files to increase your relations, but that is very involved. But there are tutorials for that as well.
The mods are probably the easiest as they have the start with a character that is usually already allied with the Tech Hunters or is a Tech Hunter. :)

Okay, I found an article on-line that breaks out how to do certain things in the game using the FCS, which is the forgotten construction set, the editor of the game, or at least one of them, the other is the Shift + F12 keys together in game to open a menu that lets you do all kinds of things. Be careful, because you can ruin a game quick, and make your save unuable.

So, make a copy and then edit it and see if it does something you like. As for the article, there is 15 cheats it lets you do, one of them is to change relations with other factions, instantly. Just be careful and do each step as described. Not difficult after you have done it once or twice.

the FCS can be found with the file manager by going to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\kenshi\save (at least in Windows. Macs or Linux may be different of course. But look for this article in Steam for Save File Editing, which is way way cool and has a lot of good info in it.

oh quick note, appdata is invisible, so google how to show appdata folder on Windows (If that is what you have, or whatever operating system you are running, look up how to locate where the save files are located. :)

If one is mid-game and having issues, adding a customized start won't help you, as one needs to start a new game to use a start.
