I don't have a 4k screen to test this on but could you confirm that this works with various other deskop scaling options? (e.g. if you had it set to a different % scaling on your desktop). I'm thinking of adding this to the known issues and fixes pinned topic even though it's more of a Windows thing.
To clarify, it is not such a clean solution:
-Everything in the launcher menu looks correct, except directly underneath the mod list, the buttons for Select All, Select None, and Refresh, are all pushed down and cut in half and illegible
***The game doesn't like launching this way, and it will exit to desktop after the splash screen. Conveniently, it will reset the DPI scaling factor setting and launching the game again will be fine.
So really, this will get you as far as selecting your mods, and then, by the second launch, the game will run and the launcher will have reverted to overlapping mod names. But by then the mods will be selected.
It's definitely annoying to set compatibility mode, especially when trying to figure out mod list load order, so I might try creating a desktop shortcut with the compatibility settings and launch that to set mods while launching from steam to play game. I'll see if that's any better later.
