Outpost marker disappearing

I assume it's due to using the in game editor to place down buildings, however, upon loading my game *every single time without fail* my outpost marker disappears.

This obviously breaks everything in my outpost -- I place another marker, go through and delete/remake all of my power, flip it on and off about 36 times and get power back to the base, save, and then the next time I load the marker is gone again and breaks everything again.

Am I doomed to wiping out this base and starting over?

Have tried importing multiple times, have tried ctrl+shift+f11, have tried shift+f12 "fix stuff", doesn't seem to make a difference.

It took me five new fresh restarts to realize not to build a Outpost in this game and just buy houses in towns. Over a 1000 hrs to learn this lesson.

I went like 5 saves back and it's fine now, so something between then and current save broke it.

I think that's around the same time I initially moved the outpost marker because raids/events were getting stuck on my gate.

Probably due to that, I guess.

I had this bug whenever I tried to build on a patch of extremely uneven land. Your outpost marker (which is also the town center) will always get readjusted whenever a new building is added to your base. Next time when you cannot find it, close the editor, then place down a building wire (stop the construction), and then open your editor, your marker might reappear.
