Can't enter a lost library

In the north west map the lost library that is near the fallen owner you are not able to enter it. I did the shift f12 to fix it but it does not fixe it. I also imported my save game that did not work either.

Did you try CTRL + Shift + F11? Shift F12 is the in-game editor, unless you clicked on the option to fix things in it.

The first one doesn't seem to work anymore atm. I can only access the editor.

I didn't see this thread, but had the same issue.
I tried reimporting, reloading save, and nothing.
Something in the geometry is blocking the door it looks like.
