Requesting CD key

Cant seem to get past this, have been trying for a good few days now, may have to get my money back after being very excited to get to play this alpha. Any ideas on how to get a key through? and yes i've tried restarting steam and my computer many a time.

go to library -> cd key-> copy to clipboard -> open kenshi-> ctrl + v (paste) cd key in teh box -> profit

my steams completely updated like the forums have said and nothing seems to work. cheers anyway though guys

no the cd key doesnt even appear in little box before the game starts up....i'm not retarded mate

Steam -> Setting -> Beta Participation -> Steam Beta Update -> ok

nope already in the beta, literally this game just hates me ahahah

Go to your steam library. click on kenshi. on the right hand side there should be a button for "Cd Key" Click it. The CD key should appear. Copy it to the clipboard then go and launch kenshi. when it asks for the cd key hold down ctrl and press v. Hope this helps!

already tried that mate, just sits on requesting cd key just like when i try start the game, cheers though
