black chainmail blueprint

i just can't find it nowhere
does it still exist in the game?
not in the great library or mongrel
i went to those traders and was waiting weeks in game
waiting the stock changes every day
but nothing only other versions of chainshirt bps but not the black chain longsleeve blueprint
do i have to unlock it by leveling up or something?

The blackened chainmail blueprint, in vanilla game, can be found with stores having the rare blueprints and under-armor vendor vendor lists. See references image: https://ibb.co/y4S2swH

These vendor lists are assigned to these squads: Shop armour/clothes UC, Shop clothes, Shop clothes holy, Scraphouse and cat lon

These squads are residents of the following towns:

Stoat, Heng, Heft, Brink, Blister Hill after UC takeover, Bad Teeth (override) half destroyed, Scraphouse, Cat-Lon's Exile and apparently in general in Holy Nation armor shops

i tried everywhere except Cat lon
but it seems like i had no luck with it

Due to the random squad spawning and random blueprint spawning it may be quite difficult to get one's hands on the BP. But if you find any of those shops, then the BP will eventually spawn there. Just leave the town to despawn and come back another day.

found it just needed to complain about it
but really i ran around the map about 10 times and didn't find it
and now it was there in Blister Hill
there were 2 traders in the shop,they looked exactly the same
and i was like now they must have it
and yess :
my guys have some skills already
now i want to look good
so i can conquer
