So I found a guy named Chad I wanted to recruit in strange town. Didn't have enough money so I wen't and did some drug dealing. Except now I can't find him. He's not in the bar and I'm fairly confident hes not in town (It ain't a big place). Anybody know where he might have gone? Alternatively anyone know which platoon file he lives in?

He is part of Lagoon bar patrons. Leave the town for few days (let it despawn) and he'll be back. Altho if he is killed, then you need to do an import as he is unique. Nothing prevents you from doing the import anyways. Just properly relaunch the game first.
