Missing Character Portraits...
Some of the characters portraits have gone missing (They are just blank now...) and I don't know what to do about it. This happened after I brought back my sizeable squad to the Waystation in the borderlands after some days spent in the swamp.

This happened right after, I used the plastic surgeon on my entire squad to improve their idle stance. He was right inside the Bar in that Waystation and my squad were just waiting all over the bar when I saved my game there.

I reload the game today, and nearly half the character portraits are now blank . This may not be such a problem, but it does spilt the artistic ascetics of my game , plus it makes it hard to tell whole has been knocked unconsious or dead without actually looking right at them...

:(

Not happy at all...

Character portraits are usually freshly generated after each change of upper attire. Hats, shirts... try taking those off and putting them back on, see if your portraits come back.

Is that idle pose added by a mod?

Actually the reason, I changed the idle pose is because, I was having this problem with that as they would stand and vibrate rapidly in their pose. So, I found the plastic surgeon and changed their pose back to the boring one that didn't do that otherwise.

However, the problem now is that, I am having that issue with the A.I. units as well, I can't touch those.

Would love to know which mod is causing this...

Sometimes they disappear for me when I load a game. Just exit the game and load again and it gets fixed. I do have about 70/80 people in my crew divided by 5 squads, so that is expected to generate some issues. Usually I get one or two squads not showing.

It is one of the animation mods, if you list your mods I can help try to find the culprit

Try deleting the png files.

Cool video, but just copy pasting your mods.cfg file would be easier and better, as I can use it as a list, where I can remove items easily. Having the entire list also allows checking if the items are in correct order.
