how do you get to king gurgler
i hired 4 mercenaries a group of 10 with 7 being great fighters i entered the fishman islands and they are all empty until you reach that little hill where you can see the little town from and then i get swarmed by 50 gurglers after killing them and being left with broken feet i continue and one step in i get swarmed again i lose one guys try to heal him and another group comes and then another .In the end 5 of my guys were left with broken legs or straight up in coma the mercenaries got kidnappen and eaten alive and i had to carry them back to the slave city where i buy them some food and let them rest before crossing the swamp

7 great fighters with good armour and weapons should easily handle it, can even be done solo if you have an excellent/legendary fighter.

What kind of stats and gear are your guys?

If you can make it to the ruined town and clear the bulk of the gurglers outside the walls, it can serve as a solid rest area before taking on the king. There are destroyed buildings where you can sleep without being bothered much, and there's tons of fish lying around in case you didn't bring enough food.

samurai chest and legs for all except beep who is naked
usually some sort of chainmail shirt
my top 3 got the main ones (toughness, dexterity, melee.etc) in the 40s the rest a bit lower my main guy has a 1.18 damage falling sun and most of the others with katanas most around 0.90 damage one with a nodachi and one with a hacker

There are fish beds, which are just worse bedrolls. But you can place your own bedrolls there too. I'm pretty sure they can't respawn when you're that close. Their squads are just huge and run around the island constantly, so it can be hard to find breathing room without shelter.

40 stats is not great, and you have midgrade weapons too. Underleveled for that area tbh.

what do i need
Having 60+ stats would be a start, maybe also get some higher grade weapons. Certainly make sure you have high or better grade armour if you don't already.

where can i find weak ones
Red sabres and Swamp Ninjas can be found roaming the swamp, Black Desert ninjas can be found in the Skimsands, Black Desert and Okran's shield (as well as wandering into the Iron Valleys where most of them melt from the acid rain). Sand Ninjas can be found in the Great Desert. Bloodraiders can be found in many eastern areas especially the Spine Canyon. For a tougher fight you could go into the Shek lands and hunt the Band of Bones, Kral's Chosen or Beserkers. There is also the Black Dragon Ninjas, they don't have any roaming patrols but can be found near the Dust King's Lair and you can make a fake outpost near them to draw their raids for combat training.

i took down the black dragon ninjas 20 playtime hours ago (a week or something) with 2 mercenaries so i guess ihave to go hunt down the swamp ninjas and red sabres who are easy to beat and then sell them as slaves to the market only problem there are no beds anywhere near for my team to recover after a tough battle and all bar beds are occupied by soldiers

Buy some bedrolls in a travel shop. I think the nearest one might be Mourn. There are constant waves of enemy patrols on Fishman Island until you depopulate all the nests, and you can't handle that with a bunch of half-dead fighters with broken legs. You will need to make a camp and rest after each battle. If you need to, you can retreat to the middle of the bridge and make camp there. No patrols should bother you there while you rest. Bring plenty of food, splints, and bandages, and as many bedrolls as you can carry to speed up the rest process.

And for goodness sake give Beep some pants. Poor hiver running around with Okran's goodies flapping in the wind!

You can handle this place at your level, certainly with your mercenary helpers, but you need to be smart and prepared.
