how to pay bounty?

How do I pay the bounty on my character? I don't remember anymore. If I try to get closer to a city guards attack me, obviusly.

If you aren't hostile to the faction you can have another character hand them into the police (or have the character that is wanted simply block while in combat, when they go down the police will patch them up and and haul them to a cell) and then talk to the chief about paying off the bounty. Occasionally it is possible to pay off a bounty using the imprisoned character (if the police chief is close enough to talk to).

Khan is right, but they are already hostile.
You have to find the peacemaker of that faction.
Check the wiki, if you don't know where to find them.

just wait it out (: there is a timer when youre in the area youre wanted in (sometimes?)
kinda lame but i just hide my person out in a home or something.

Onyl works if the bounty is below 10k, but yeah that is an option.
