Reactive World or Living World

I'm sure this has been discussed plenty in the past, but I'm curious as to the current state of these. I haven't done larger overhaul-ish type mods for Kenshi, but I'm looking to play the game again and wanted to change it up. What are people's opinions on these two in regard to each other? How impactful are the changes in each and are they fun or more "intrusive"?

Yeah, I see on Living World's page that it can be used with a few issues, but Reactive World's page warns against it. I'd rather not use both at this time just to avoid the potential issues, so I was curious what people's thoughts were on each.

I play with both, never had any issues. Theres many compatibility patches that help too.
