Probably shouldn't... they are very broad and do similar things so some of those things are likely to break if you combine them.

Personally I prefer Living World. It just feels more, well, lived in. As an anecdote I remember walking thru HN territory in RW after mostly playing LW and there was a Holy Farm with some farm animals in it, but no people, because all the buildings were empty and for sale. In LW they are furnished and have people living there.

I am running both for about 100 hours now. Doesn't seem to break anything, though idk how the world is with just one

you can run both, but the one that loads after the former will overwrite whatever they both modify, I've run with both of them before with no issues apart from what Cellar_Cat mentioned, I also noticed the farm issue. In the end I chose Living World for all of my future play throughs.

I will chose living world because I was waiting for shidan to add the deadcat restoration features and he removed it one day out of the blue, very disappointed Shidan!😅

so kaizo +canibals expanded with comp patch+living world and comp patch + wasteland with comp patch hope they all work together since there is patches for them

So I tried this UWE of yours, hmpf, this is only the most fun I've had so far! I have no idea how this mod has flown under my radar for so long, it's a really nice fresh take on a *LOT* of things in Kenshi. Thanks for the recommendation!
