Help with the Whistler mod

Does anyone know the exact requirements to recruit the Whistler from the eponymous mod ? I captured her, even gave her head back and despite talking to her numerous times it still loops into the same dialogue.

So far I have done all these steps. But then it means the recruitment chance is absurdly low, as I have attempted to talk to her about 30-40 times with no luck.

It worked for me just fine. There is a cage upstairs where she lives. I put her in and talked to her. My character wasn't female and after just couple of tries she agreed to join. It was with Genesis mod.

Either its bugged then or my luck is abysmal.

Both are valid options
