Using the recruited prisoners mod, is it possible to recruit this skeleton or is it bugged?

I got both of them Screamer and Ponk with a prisoner mod awhile back though I don't remember which one I was using at the time. Pretty sure it was "recruit anyone" and even got the Phoenix, Esata and every UC noble in that run.

Recruit Anyone is a 1 click recruitment thing (which is better with such units IMO) Cause Recruitable prisoners requires the player to have a high tech level and to reprogram the robot to force it to comply.
