Thanks, really wished the Wiki was updated to the latest version since there are so many unexplained intricacies of the mechanics in game
And you can sell to cities from another faction. Hive village will buy you stolen Holy Empire stuff as far as i know. The Barman in the hub too.
Otherwise, if you steal from one faction and take it to another, you can sell it. Probably not if they're allied, but so far I haven't noticed any that are.
Hive and Hub will buy any stolen items, any time, even items you stole from them not just one minute ago.
I don't know if it's fixed now, but in version .10 you could sell to fences at normal price. You just have to switch your guys' inventories once or twice and sometimes, when hovering over the stolen item, it says 75% less value and sometimes it doesn't. You get the amount diplayed, so it's not just an interface-bug.
But that's a dishonourable exploit, of course. Don't use it.
