I also made a fresh start since V1.0 ... less value items everywhere.
thanks mate
Maybe a tad bit too nerfed, but that's mostly compared to the fact that i find shops are generally too generous with yellow gear.
Especially since both the best shops are really easy to reach.
Thing is you get easily 100-200k worth of robotic stuff to loot and sell from a single ancient ruin clean up, so i guess you can just carry those cats to your favorite shop and convert them into whatever gear you want, that is if you don't have a dedicated smith already.
So i suppose the dev decided to make ruin runs mostly about tech and cats, with the occasionnal suprise gear.
There's also an armory in Leviathan Coast packed with at least twelve security spiders just on the first floor, and it's half in the water so no kiting possible.
Haven't dared to try to raid that one yet.
I think that's the one I decided to explore early on as I bought a map for it. Spiders everywhere the moment I opened the door, but curiously some walked past my party into the water and attacked a leviathan family on the beach. When I recovered I was able to loot.
and yeah, 1 yellow item is kinda low, but i just started again, and my avatar is 25. so whete those good shops can be found?
I suggest you try to find them by yourself, because once you know the location i feel it's pretty bad for the game experience to just beeline there and pack full of top end gear anytime you need something.
I only use these when there's something i definitely can't find somewhere else.
