Mercenary not returning.
As title stated, mercenaries I once hired won't return to the city I found them, I gave them more than enough time to walk back there but no luck. Do they change city after you hired them or what? I'm 1 day and 23 hours away from a band of bones raid. Pls halp ;-;

Mercenaries wander.
Find someone else either at another bar, either by looking around on the popular roads.

sometimes they just go to the nearest Bar, you could import and hope mercs spawn near by

Speaking about import, Will I lose any progress in my game if I were to import my save?

Well Fk me then. I don't know where to start, I've checked bars on all nearby cities, (squin, hub, stacks, admag) and waystations, haven't checked the swamp city tho, I hate that place. Thx for answer

i know its a cheap way to do, but if you import your save you can reset the raids, or delay them for a while longer, if you check the options, most options should be checked which will let you keep your research and buildings and everything your guys got, relationships to other factions too, only thing you'd lose would be stuff in iron/copper mines, and if you have a mod that gives you the ability to build the salt mines these will dissappear on the importing.

this may give you time to find new mercenaries

Yeah about that, will my modded things (strength and dexterity training station) be gone if I import my save? Since it's not vanilla stuff and all...
Thanks for the insight on importing save tho, I have no idea how it works at all

I've yet to see a waystation that doesn't have mercenaries. Some of them show in Samurai gear, but you can also hire others. Tech hunters, I believe, who are more ninja-ish in appearance but plenty badass for a BB raid. Look for their teamleader or captain.

You can always abandon the base temporarily, allow the raid to happen, and come back with a few squads of mercs in tow.

It is more memorable than an import.
