Fencing?

So i stole a couple of things undetected, but i want to fence these items ( sell them even thought there stolen can be caught for this ) but the chances are so low i will almost instantly be caught, so my question is if i sell them in a another area will the chances be higher ? or do i just got to level up my stats

there are ninja thief dudes in most bars that will buy stolen goods (it may not be for the same price as going to a town of a faction other than the one you stole the item from)

It will be tough to sell to merchants from the same faction (10% chance to fence). However merchants from other factions are not likely to care (100% chance to fence). Also there are thief merchants hiding in many larger towns, they will always buy stolen goods but at greatly reduced prices (75%).

There's a bug at the moment where the Holy Nation regards dog teeth as an item stolen from the Holy Nation.

That explains why i got attacked this one time when selling dog teeth lol. Also thanks for the info ill be sure to head into other factions

Look for a ninja looking guy in the bars (black clothes white headband). He is not always there.
