Shop reset time
Shops inventories reset at between 13:30-13:45
Tested in Stack, Bad Teeth, Blister Hill.

You have to be outside of the shop for the inventory to be reset (also tested). Once you walk outside the shop you have to wait long enough to where the interior of the building is not visible (blacked out).

now that's strange. my vendors reset for the most part 06:00, some of them 07:00, although some clearly have a different time that i can't pinpoint. mostly tested in Squin and The Hub. World's end does not reset 06:00. Stack and Blister Hill I thought was like 08:00. 13:00-14:00 i thought for swamps and flats. Desert also 06:00-08:00.
