Where are the prisoner cages?

I got a kidnapped prick i want to sell off. But i need to research it or something. Not sure.
But i can't find the Tech for prisoner cages. What Tech level are they now and under what in the building screen are they located?

They are listed in either tech 2 or 3. I cannot remember which screen they are located under, but they might be in the core section.

Edit: What am I saying? It's in the defense tab. I knew somthing was wrong so I had to check one of my many saved games.

You only need to craft prisoner cages if you want to keep them at your base.

Take the prisoner to another settlement and put them into a cage there. There is another recent thread about collecting bounties. Check out more details there.

Level 3 if I remember well.

Alternative is to take the mod that adds more constructible stuff and allow cannibal items, the pole works the same way.

Imprisonment in the defense tab I believe is the tech you need. Not sure the prereqs though.
