if you're not watch them
suggest you turn the [no hunger] mod on.
sometimes, they just don't eat.
Never had that issue myself, the only thing i can imagine right now (i feel i have a chain of command issue on the tip of my tongue?) is that their inventories are too full to withdraw the food?
Just to be on the safe side, give them food manually, see if that change anything.
I once had 2 guys who went "hungry" for some reasons, gave them food manually, they never had the issue again. RP wise I say they were just too absorbed in their work (one of them was my weaponsmith, making gorgeous weapon).
i have 100s of dried fish in that barrel. if any of my characters starve to death mere meters from it, i would jump into the screen and backhand their shuddering corpse myself
i dont know at what point they eat fish but im pretty sure its a lot lower than greefruit
Peons not auto eating could be a pathing issue. Try to rebuild navmesh (ctrl shift f11)
I've seen this before when I recruit someone that's hungry, especially using the recruit prisoners mod. If they're hungry when you get them to join you, sometimes you have to manually put some food in their inventory before they'll start feeding themselves.
