Equip +Stealth and +Runspeed gear (Wooden Sandals) on that character and there's no place you'll really fear... unless you're tired, not paying attention, and run right over a Beak Thing nest...
Stealth Run = The closest thing to "invulnerability" in Kenshi.
Dustcoat + Armored Hood + Wooden Sandals = 105% Burn Protection with no penalties and you get a bonus for stealth and Athletics. :) Pack an Iron Hat if you want to change course to Deadlands.
Actually, the most invincible you will get is a guy with masterwork scout legs naruto running at 60mph. That's technically invincibility since nothing else can move that fast, and your stealth will raise very high very fast so enemies will probably never notice you, and it would never catch up to you even if it did see you. A skeleton that does this is basically completely invincible and you can tell them to go anywhere on the map and be certain that they'll make it there unharmed, so long as their pathfinding doesn't mess up.
Armored hood has acid resist too, so you don't even need the iron hat.
