Best place for Ancient science books

I know this has already been asked and I also used the wiki, but the information varies due to patches having changed book spawn rate or location, or that you could even bought them in a town previosuly.

So up to date, which is the place where I can find most of them, and how many do I need to be able to research everything? More or less...

I'd try those ruins around The Grid, there are a few ancient books to be looted there that I have personally found. Make sure you're well armed or at least fast. The ruins are empty , but the areas around them have a few threats.

Ancient science labs, Ancient workshops and Ancient libraries. Science labs are scattered around, There's multiple workshops in the grid, and libraries are mainly focused in UC lands iin the SE corner of the map with one or two elsewhere in the world.

There is a cannibal held lab northwest of Worlds End i found 5 in. I managed to get in and out with only 1 guy eaten using a 20 strong team of armoured rag+horse chopper dummy trained guys with 4 food laden bulls. It was a bit hairy as everything in the tower rushed me as my guys were on the stairs up.
