Bull or Pack Beast?

so i have a pack beast. and its fast and can carry a ton. my question is. is the bulls way slower? also do they have the same carrying weight?

I use a Bull, not used a Pack Beast, but the storage is huge and stacks. The Bull is quite slow however, and I read that it will not improve with Athletics increases. This makes the Bull the slowest member of my exploratory group, whether that's too slow is for you to decide :)

How do you get animals? I have yet to see a way to capture them or find a npc that sells them

I'm gonna put the differences I've seen on the two animals and leave it you guys for comparison.

Packbeast can carry more stacks(6 iirc) than a bull (5) and both of their Bags have the same size (20x20). However a Pack Beast eats 2x more and its more tougher than a bull but it means that it will have a longer time to regenerate on limb efficiency due to the high amount of hitpoints to recover. Its also faster at full speed compared to a Bull. As for damage... I don't really use them for combat.

If I had to pick between the two I'd pick the Bull. Primary reason is the bull looks better imo and I've been using them for a long time. :D

i have had a packbeast for a long time. i bought a bull like 30 min after posting this lol to check myself and pack beast is waaaay better^^ like 20 times faster aswell.. so yea.. ♥♥♥♥ bulls^^ pack beasts are so much better

For some reason everytime I see the word garru it makes me think of garou...not even close, but I still think damn that thing doesn't look like a werewolf at all!

oh so the diferent looking portraits mean they asre diferent kinds? sorry if this does not make sense.. im pretty high

The Domesticated (No Horns), Wild and Pack Bull? lol

Wild and Pack Bull are the same, with different stats. Domesticated Bulls on the other hand have better strength gain but a little bit slower (barely noticable) than Wild ones.

EDIT: I just checked the stats between Garru and Bull... Garru has a 2.1x hunger rate while Bull has 2x hunger rate.

I haven't bought a bull yet, Holy Farms sell them too, what do they eat?
