Attacking animals in sleeping bag

Hello, I saw a couple ways to train melee MA, etc, was to put a animal in a sleeping bag and start attacking it, How do I attack them, theres no option for me too. Thank you.

Only some animals can do this.
Before putting them in bed, put them in a prison cage first.

I know for a fact you can do this with sand skimmers since I already have before, though not on a sleeping bag. It required me to slap them onto a bed, but once they were done I could pop them back onto a sleeping bag.

Best results for doing this are seen in character with no strength or toughness training, you'll power level MA through the roof along with dexterity if you do it with a fresh recruit because you'll be doing tiny tiny damage hits.

Gorrillos and southern hive king do stay in sleeping bag, some megacrabs too but 1 out of 3 megacrabs can get out. King black and great white gorrillos also can get out from sleeping bag. Have to save the game then exit to desktop and reload to be able to attack animals while they're in sleeping bag. Be sure sleeping bag isn't too close to wall of buildings. You can put sleeping bag inside building. And on roof in case some certain animals get out of sleeping bag if you need to use main weapon slot.
