Hounds missions #2

Big Grimm asked me to build a base close to shark and im wondering if I build one on the edge of the spider plains will that progress that quest or does it have to be in the swamp?

the one where he asks you for some hemp? i'm not sure that mission even has a follow-up..
atleast i never got any further..

Yup, its the hemp mission. Ive decided to settle in the swamps just to be safe. I kept getting raided by red sabres but the hounds always sends reinforcements. also a lot of swamp raptors raid cuz of the hemp. other then that no followup so far.

just go kill all the red sabers and hand their leader in for the bounty it will make your life a lot easier they have a base you can find

Yup I just wiped the sabers and planning to also wipe the swamp ninjas. Also stone rats became hostile after talking with one in a bar in shark and standing up for myself so they are on the list too :). I guess the only followup to the hounds is that they come in and check in with you and want 2000 cats
