I'm thinking of moving due to it being boring. I guess I was spoiled by the leviathan coast and all its enemies and cannibals always fighting.
Hopefully I'm wrong and something happens. Dont wana waste 20 hours building a base only for nothing to ever attack.
Have you looked for any mods that will maybe bring more NPCs to the area?
I use that really popular mod by some guy who's got a yellow name.. I forgot the mod name... reactivation? Or something that makes the world alive and factions fight eachother. I see tons of enemies everywhere but shem is dead I'm lucky to see just 1 bird thing lol
I checked out Shem for a forth base on my way down south to Fisherman's Isle. I did find Shem in general to be boring and gave the area a wide berth. Top sunsets though lol.
but it settled down to pretty boring after a while. Also had to heal the settled nomads & their animals a lot due to attacks from the above mentioned groups
I was just that way.... Fogmen and those Shrieking jerks. Both groups come at you full force and in LARGE numbers.
I suppose it can be nice if you are noobish still.
if you want action build anywhere else, aside from howler maze which is shem with acid rain.
Oh I should mention I play a trader and like the safe home base to craft everything and store before I go out and sell. I have half a dozen pack animals to cart my wares around and am away for long periods of time.
