Cannibal plains, in the cannibal villages. But there villages are basically 1 maybe 2 big houses several tents and then a formation of cages and cook pots.
The Lab is the same, but separated out over the levels, top floor should have loot and minimal presence especially at night. [floodplains/cannibal plains border]
