A skeleton in THN. So the fight ensured. Bar guard jumped him. Scorchlander dirfter on other table jumped in to help the skeleton.
Then the guards came in, the scorchlander fell. The bar guard fell, the bartender, and then the town guards.
All that left was me chilling and the badly damaged skeleton dude. I recruited the skeleton and carry him out of town.
It was really interesting.
And also, there is a Holy Nation Pacifier in the bar. Guess what happens if they make eye contact. If that were to happen, patch up the guy, get the skeleton and get out of dodge. You never know when you need one.
Alternatively, you can cheese it up by kidnapping robots (there are TONS in the mountains NE of the holy capital) and then dropping them in the HN police station. They'll pick em up and most of the time imprison them, then you can buy their freedom - which gives a chance for them to join you. The HN will immediately go "Skeleton!" and attack even after you buy their freedom though, so once they join you have to pick them up and make a run for it. And you have to have at least one male human char to talk to the Inquisitor.
You have to check pretty closely in those bars. Sometimes NPCs can sit inside one another at the tables. For example I just imported my save because of todays' update (I play on the experimental branch) and ran to Shark to check if the skelly is there again, and sure enough he's there (this time he was in The Dancing Skeleton). However he's sitting inside a greenlander (must be uncomfortable for that guy) as seen in the following screenshot. He's the NPC I have targeted.

He will have a random name every time you import, but will always have the same dialoge. As seen in this screenshot.

He's not a unique character, but it turns out he is a regular spawn. In the following guide you can find him under "Flavored recruits", he's the random named skeleton.

So, obviously Burn, Sadneil, and Agnu are at their respective locations. But here's what I've been experiencing so far:
I've found a random spawn recruit in Black Desert City, along with Sadneil.
I've been to another city, called Mongrel, where I've found robot recruits in two instances (once this play through, and another before when I was playing with Human rock bottom). The Mongrel recruit doesn't appear to spawn right away, but rather somewhere between 20-30 days in game.
The other one is in one of the bars in Shark, as reported by other players.
Regarding the Mongrel random, the second time I've found it, it was fighting an invasion of gutters, so it may be very possible that the robot recruits get killed there. And I think the location may have higher robot spawn rate due to the proximity to the Ashlands. This is just a guess, though.
So, to summarize, without any mods, I've been able to find 6 robots within 30 days in game: 3 unique, 3 random.
Hope this helps!
Cheers
PS.: Considering how powerful robots can get, I would say a party of 7 can take on most everything in the game if properly trained and equipped, and they also relieve some of the more mundane grind of base building (don't need food, farming). I've found that a small group of trained individuals lets me enjoy more exploring and the adventure side of the game instead of base grinding burnout.
I picked up Silver Shade in the Mud Village near Shark. He was in the bar sitting on the floor and he never had any Katana on him. Unless he sold it for cats.
